The Power of Pause
Feeling drained, depleted and frazzled?
Who’s not? We are all wired to need replenishment. Care begins with intentional choices we make about slowing down and being present. It involves the choice to be open, curious, willing to be inspired by joy and to know the power of the word “enough”. In this presentation, Terry leads us into practicing the art of pause so that “our souls can catch up with our bodies”.
Saturday morning March 30. 10AM.
Soul Gardening: Lessons from the garden about a few things that matter.
Have you ever wished for an actual time and place where you could be nourished, replenished and renewed? People who love this world, people who pay attention, are gardeners whether they have ever picked up a trowel or not. The garden invites us to slow down and make space for ordinary gifts of grace. Join Terry in this workshop to open your heart to the rhythms of the garden, cultivate an appreciation for the value of stillness and solitude and recognize the healing power of nature.
Sunday Morning March 31.
Terry preaches at morning worship.
