@6pm Fellowship Hall
We will close out our Church Family Week this evening with a Potluck supper!  Please bring your favorite summer dish to add to the fare, and the church will provide pizza and ice pops!  If you are able, please also bring some canned goods to be given to the food bank.

After dinner, Sarah Beres will lead us in fun and informative activities to help raise awareness of hunger and food insecurity in our community and beyond.  Hope to see you there!

This Sunday is a Family Worship Sunday, with no Sunday School for children 1st grade and older.  Our PK/K children will have Sunday School and will be dismissed from the Sanctuary after the 10:16 moment in the service.  Childcare will be provided Nursery age children during the service.
**Becky is away this Sunday.  She will be back for June 30th, then on vacation July 7th and July 14th.

Our monthly spiritual practice activities are creative ways to connect to God, and can help with the hectic day to day stress of schedules and dominance of technology. May these 'practices' bring balance, as you and your family cultivate new ways to engage with God and each other.

Walking a labyrinth is another spiritual practice that can be done by people of all ages. Different from a maze where one can get lost, the purpose of the labyrinth path is to walk it with intention.  The path is symbolic of a spiritual journey.

Try walking the Town Green in Guilford.  You can follow the form of the cross or walk the X’s.  Generally a person walks slowly and meditates on a spiritual question or prayer and then spends some time in the center before starting to retrace their steps back out of the labyrinth.

Our confirmation program is for youth in the 9th and 10th grade, and meets from September through May of the school year.  Please reply to this email with any questions, or see our
Confirmation page on the church website for more information.

PILGRIM FELLOWSHIP (9th-12th grade)
Pilgrim Fellowship is a Youth Outreach Ministry of First Congregational Church of Guilford, and meets most Sunday nights.  For more information, please contact our PF Director,

In Sunday School, our children will be making food and setting up for our coffee hour that meets after church.

SUMMER SUNDAY WORSHIP (July/August/Labor Day Sunday):
We will have one Family Worship Service at 9am throughout the months of July, August, and Labor Day Sunday.  There is no Sunday School over the summer, but  leadership opportunities are available in worship for our older children.  Childcare is provided for children 5 years old and younger in our Nursery on Sundays in July, August, and on Labor Day Sunday.

Children's Choirs meet on Wednesday afternoons at the church during the program year.  Please email our Director of Music Ministries,
Bill Speed, with any questions.
