Prayers of the People: Children and Youth Prayers

We are excited to announce a Children’s Event and opportunity for prayer which will be kicking off this Sunday!

A Joy’s and Concerns Mailbox, especially for children, is being constructed and will be located on the strip of grass behind the church school building for children to come to church and drop their own joys and concerns into the mailbox throughout the week as they do in Sunday School every week when we are together!

This Sunday, we invite children and families to gather on the side church lawn at 11:00 am. Face masks are mandatory through the duration of the event, keep physical distance, and bring a blanket (maybe an umbrella) for a physically distanced story time. Children will be invited to take turns adding their names or on the ‘Joys and Concerns Mailbox’ to decorate it.
